    Tartlet with lobster salad and Italian caviar (Royal Food Caviar)

    -Quaglia in diverse cotture

    Low temperature quail roll, crispy leg, egg, and potato foam.

  • PRIMO PIATTO / FIRST COURSE

    -Tortello fatto in casa parmigiano e funghi

    Homemade tortello filled with Parmesan cheese, organic cardoncelli and pippin mushrooms, winter mushroom broth.

  • SECONDO / MAIN COURSE

    -Filetto di manzo in crosta, giardino d’inverno

    Beef fillet crusted with herbs, winter garden, and demi-glace.
