Originating from Sardinia, Fabio and Andrea crossed paths for the first time at the Alghero hotel school when they were just 14 years old. After completing their studies, they embarked on separate professional paths, gaining experience in renowned hotels and restaurants in Italy and the Netherlands. In 2014, fate brought them together in Amsterdam, sparking the idea of collaborating.

In 2021, they brought their shared vision to life by acquiring the restaurant Insieme. The name “Insieme”, meaning “together” in Italian, symbolizes their reunion and the strong bond that has defined their journey. Their mission is simple: to share the authentic flavors of Italy, enhanced by the influence of their Sardinian heritage. With deep roots in the island’s rich culinary tradition, Insieme is committed to honoring and preserving the unique delicacies of Sardinia, bringing an authentic piece of the island to anyone who steps foot in the establishment. Yet, the restaurant also offers a wide variety of dishes and flavors typical of Italian cuisine. At Insieme, guests can enjoy a complete culinary experience, embracing the aromas and flavors of all regions of Italy, although many dishes, expertly prepared with traditional ingredients, are a heartfelt and sometimes subtle tribute to Sardinian culinary culture.

A distinctive feature of the restaurant is its logo, which depicts one of the traditional stamps used in Sardinia to decorate bread before baking, a tangible symbol of the restaurant’s deep Sardinian roots.
