On Wednesday, October 1st, Insieme Restaurant is hosting a special dinner in collaboration with Art Is Wine and Tenuta Carretta.
For this occasion, our chef Fabio has designed a five-course menu inspired by the authentic flavors and traditions of Sardinia. Each course will be paired with a selection of wines from Tenuta Carretta, carefully chosen and presented by Art Is Wine.
The wines featured during the evening have been praised by international critics such as James Suckling and Decanter, guaranteeing a tasting experience of the highest level. A special guest from Tenuta Carretta will also be present to share stories and insights about their wines.
This dinner creates a unique meeting point between the bold character of Sardinia and the timeless elegance of Piemonte – two regions united at the table for an unforgettable night.
