We present a special collaboration between visiting star chef Pasquale Carfora, from Vaassen’s award-winning @aromafinedining; and head chef and Insieme owner Fabio Pala, our own expert in Sardinian cuisine.

On October 23rd, our chefs are coming together for a 5-course gourmet Italian menu.
Choose between the full 5-course menu for 135€, or the full menu with wine pairing for 200€ – with regional Italian specialties for every dish.

Chef Pasquale Carfora, from the coast of Sabaudia, south of Rome, became steeped in Southern Italian cuisine at a very young age. His dreams have led him from Michelin-star level professional experiences in Rome, and now to the Netherlands, at his own Restaurant Aroma. These days, Pasquale combines the Italian cuisine of his youth with a Northern European style of cooking, to create a dining experience full of different tastes and aromas.

Our own head chef and Insieme owner Fabio Pala was born in Sardinia. After his culinary education on the island of Alghero, Fabio learned the tricks of the trade in the star kitchens there; later, having moved to the Netherlands, in 2021 Insieme was born. Fabio has a simple mission: to share the authentic flavours of Italy, enhanced by the influence of his heritage; to honour and preserve the unique delicacies of Sardinia, and bring an authentic flavour of the island to all our visitors.
